I hate sexist, egoistic people. And I have one of them in my class. Hey, just because I got higher than you in Maths you don't have to say "Woah, a girl beat me leh. Ahh, nevermind lah, I surely can beat her in Geography."STUPID, SEXIST, EGOISTIC PIG. Congrats for all those people who guessed who this (asshole) is. There's this other person in my class who's really ... IRRITANT. A lot of people know her so I won't say who. Not really close to her lah but even her own close friends say she's got attitude problem. Anyways, Mrs Amy Chan didn't come to English today even though I saw her today outside school! I greeted her but then she looked a little off. Something wrong probably happened. Well, Miss Lan was our relief english teacher for today. UHHHHHHHH. I like Mrs Chan better. Because I actually learn something when she's the one teaching. I don't mind the homework and Mrs Chan's lessons are way, way fun. Besides, she doesn't use a really really annoying whistle. :) Melancholy. I like that word.
Today wasn't the best day. I really don't want to talk about it since I'm trying to forget. Today had GB and we saw this movie called "Facing the Giants".IT WAS SO TOUCHING, I WANTED TO CRY. SSgt Hannah Lim and SSgt Yiye came today. Hannah was so nice. But still, today, I wasn't in the best of moods. And it is so not because of GB. Anyways, I talked to Sharon about my day after I came home. Thank you, Sharon. You are loved. :) And thank the Lord for listening to my problems as well :) Well, this is going to be a very short post because I'm kind of trying to forget what happened. Ooooh.
I actually met Syahindah and El Suraya inside bus 56!Today talked to Yong on the phone. Normally for us, we can only talk about serious stuff on the phone and not on person... No idea why. Anyways, thanks Yong (: How come I'm the last person that my friends would actually talk to on the phone or to sms?? Normally they just ask me homework and that's it. Yong calls me, Sharon also called me a couple of times before to talk with me (not anymore, I'm assuming). Amariah and Hui Ting only sms me to ask for homework or to ask questions about school. Sigh. Lots and lots of people say I look like someone who studies too much. WTH?? I don't study 24/7. Probably just once a week. I think that I have the strange ability to not forget things that I understand. So if I understand the topic we're learning, I won't forget. Hey, PEOPLE. That is why they say never judge a book by its cover... This is probably my second post about that... Anyways! Changing topic now ... my dad's birthday is coming is a few weeks (definition of few : 2 weeks) so I need to get some ideas of what to buy or make for his present... Heck, I have no idea what he wants. He's a GUY. I don't know how guys think. Or what they want. I heard that the best thing to give as a present is technology. Firstly, I don't have enough money. Secondly, I think he has enough electronic things. Thirdly, he doesn't give me enough money. Hmmm. What to do. What to do. GAAAAH. HEAR ME ROAR.
Granado Espada DIED on me.GE ... how the hell could you?!?!?!?! I was being a faithful player and now you've betrayed me!! How could you?! Ok, so this is what really happened. I installed it to my dad's laptop (which he never uses and always leaves alone on the study room desk) so that I could play with more privacy (ahem ahem - from my annoying brother - ahem, cough.) For a couple of days, it worked out fine. But then last night, it just suddenly said that I need to install the program all over again!! Ok, so I didn't panic, yet. Today at approximately 3.46, I tried to install it again. The uploading was done and everything was still alright. Then I tried to open the game ... and they said that I need to install again cuz the file was corrupt!! FYI, I had no idea how or why it became corrupt. Secondly, if the CD is only allowed for use in ONE computer, how did it work on this laptop for a couple of days when it's installed on my other computer earlier?! Ok, so you might be thinking, " What's your problem ah? Still can play on your other computer, what. Aiyah, never think of that ah?" Oh, what a brilliant idea. But I guess you didn't know that my super lousy other computer restarts again and again and I have no freakin' clue why it does that. And my dad was thinking of re-booting it which means GE will most probably be gone from my other computer as well. Oh gee. Thank you, modern technology. You so make our lives a whole lot better. My 'fantasy world' life is suffering and my real life, too. I have to complete a 250-word essay by this Thursday, a maths test tomorrow, and science and geography tests on Monday and this Friday respectively. I need a giant tub of ice-cream now please ... ...?!?!?!
Saturday morning, got nothing to do...I'm bored. But I'm not telling anyone in my house that or else they all would say "If you're bored, then go study." Uh ... yeah, right. I still haven't watched Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. But Dorna said it 'sucked'. Didn't follow the book, not as exciting as the other movies and Daniel Radcliffe didn't look hot anymore. Can't blame her because those are pretty good reasons. I don't like (euphemism!) Cho Chang. She only started going out with Harry ONLY AFTER that Cedric Diggory guy died? THAT IS SO CHEAP. I want Harry to be with Ginny! They'll be just too cute together!! At first I liked Hermione with Harry... But now I'm finally starting "to see the light" that maybe she's ok with Ron... Anyways, yesterday we had GB! The Seniors were thinking of organising this 'fun camp' during the September Holidays. Yay!! Yesterday, we had cake! LOL. Zena and Vivien were so funny while my squad was playing Captain's Ball... Empathy is so siao... sometimes, a bit too siao. The GB 28TH COY is SIAO and I love it just the way it is ((: Oh yeah... I passed my Shuttle Run Re-take! And the History test wasn't that difficult either... I just drank two Vitagen bottles for my breakfast and Mee Goreng... Why am I telling you that?? Oh yeah, the rest of my family is finally going to watch Transformers a.k.a. the coolest movie I've ever seen this month. Unless I'm going to watch the Simpsons Movie soon then it shall be replaced! Can't wait to see the lameness and idiocy that will be just too funny to miss!! Sayonara for now, people... off to read more manga. Hyperventilating right now...
Oh My Gosh.I just read the latest chapter of BLEACH. And Oh My Gosh. When the hell is Rukia going to appear again?! I won't freakin' believe that that stupid Arrancar successfully killed her. I WON'T!! She's still alive!! Anyways... latest chapter. Kind of cool but why the hell is there some kind of Inoue and Ichigo romance?! WTFH. Ichigo should be with Rukia, dammit. Inoue just 'encouraged' him on with his fight with Grimmjow and Ichigo suddenly appeared to have the upper hand!! Just because of an encouragement from Inoue?! That's Rukia's job!! ARGH. Clara and I won't be able to fully forgive Kubo Tite (creator of BLEACH) if he put Ichigo and Inoue together. KUBO-SAMA!! PLEASE DON'T!! Okay, now I'm reading Tsubasa... oh man. Fye's gonna kill Kurogane?? Woah, so much suspense. I LOVE MANGA. I LOVE BLEACH. I LOVE TSUBASA. I LOVE JAPAN FOR SUPPLYING ME WITH MY DAILY DOSE OF ANIME :) Bonding time..??
Today!! Very exciting liao. We went to Yong's house!!IT WAS SO BIG. And so secluded that I could only get one bar of network coverage on my phone. I guess it's where all the rich people stay because I've seen quite a lot of sports cars. Heh, never care about global warming. How come taxis don't allow to seat 5 people anymore?! It's not fair.. Can still squeeze lah. I saw Yong's baby pics! One word. CUTE!! Amariah says Yong's Ah Ma very 'hip'. Haha... anyways, we had lots and lots of fun!! Playing around and still finishing our CME project :) We're very good multi-taskers. Still had lots and lots of fun ((((: But when Yong showed us her Yaoi... some of us were kind of freaked out. But we're all crazy anyways. I <3333333333333 Yong, Sharon, Hui Ting and Amariah forever. The greatest days of our lives.
Today ... GB DAY!!Today was absolutely, positively a very good day. GB day was so fun! The drilling was so fun and Ms Tay even gave us an ice-cream treat! And our History Test is postponed!! I'm brimming with joy deep inside (: And I also finally watched Transformers with Jie Ying and Felicia! This movie rocks. The people I watched it with rocked even more :P Oh yeah, we also saw Ms Tay at J8... so Jie Ying wanted to be cheeky so she followed her. We also followed ... hehe. But Ms Tay caught us (no surprise). It was kinda funny. Yup, today was almost perfect. The reason why this day isn't completely perfect?? MY FACE IS GETTING ATTACKED BY ACNE. AND MY SHUTTLE RUN RE-TAKE IS THIS THURSDAY. Hey, don't look down on me because I didn't pass my shuttle run. I had a freaking bruise on my knee (I was kinda surprised how I passed my jump) on the day of the test. And on the first re-take, I had a freaking high fever. Besides, I failed by 0.4 SECONDS even though I had a knee bruise. IT WASN'T EVEN ONE SECOND. I BLAME THE TEACHER FOR NOT PRESSING THE BUTTON ON THE STOPWATCH FAST ENOUGH :P Another thing that didn't make this day perfect?? My feet are still not used to my GB boots so now my heels have a bruise each. You know, when the part near the ankle rubs with your shoe and you skin gets ... eh, can't find the words for it but I'm pretty sure you get what I mean. I just took a shower and the water made it hurt. I am still loving Transformers. <333333. Next movie I wanna watch?? THE SIMPSONS MOVIE!! This is gonna be so freakin' hilarious. In a lame, stupid kind of way which we all love. ((: I'm still looking forward to mine and Clara's "Anime Movie Marathon"!! Even though it's supposed to be after the exams only. Speaking of which, I think I'm going to go to the Phils to visit my relatives this Nov/Dec. But there's a possibility I'll be going alone?? Wow, first time on an airplane alone... Wonder how it'll be... Omg.
OMG. I finally found YUI's 'Highway Chance' and her duet with Suga Shikao!! 'Yozora no Mukou 夜空ノムコウ' is a heavenly song sung by these two heaven-sent people..I have also finally found Fumiko Orikasa's (voice of Rukia Kuchiki) 'Kaze'!! Am I lucky or what?I have new favourite Japanese artists now. Miyavi isn't so bad... His "Sakihokoru Hana No You Ni ～咲き誇る華の様に" is kinda catchy... History test tomorrow. F***. I hate Sec 1 History. I thought it was kinda cool in the beginning. Aaaahhhh. いきものがかり (ikimonogakari) rocks. I'm still looking for the song 'SAKURA' (their song.) I also found this totally nice manga from Bisco Hatori, the one who made Ouran High School Host Club (<33333333). It's called 'A Thousand Years of Snow', known in Japanese as Sennen no Yuki 千年の雪。。。 it is pure absolute LOVE!! I've been talking to much about Japanese stuff... YAY ME. Yo-yo.
Ok, haven't been posting for one whole entire week minus one day.RE-CAP!! Tuesday - Can't remember Wednesday - Hip-hop lesson for PE! Very fun liao. Thursday - Home econs!! We made soya bean milk. YUM! Friday - No GB so I went to J8 to buy present for my mom's birthday. Sharon went around with me for a little while but then had to go home. Then I found Esther and hanged out with her. Went around J8 then went to Toa Payoh Pasar Malam (sp?)... VERY FUN. I had a really nice time being with her (: Saturday - GB!! We baked muffins for our badge! LOL. Today was also my mom's birthday... We went to eat out at Cafe Cartel... The servings were HUGE!! I couldn't even finish my lasagne! I felt my stomach was going to burst, but the food was DELISH. Their ice-cream was oh-so-heavenly... Sunday - I haven't even studied for History test tomorrow!! DAMMIT. It's back
Ok, finally got back my file. Thank God no one took it.Well, what to talk about? I just kinda feel that I wasn't posting much anymore. Oh yeah! We're having GB Drill Camp this November. My mom's birthday is coming up this Saturday! Hmmm. I wonder what I should buy her leh. Fridays are so much fun...
Today ... GB!! We went prawn-fishing!! Very very very fun... I can't believe Yong caught a super duper big prawn. It's like almost half the size of my arm.Yesterday, we had CIP. BORING. I came home exhausted, even if my group didn't do much. And we also started Home Econs!! We baked this bread and butter pudding. It was ok, some parts were soggy because I think the oven wasn't hot enough. We didn't pre-heat it long enough. And yesterday for English, some 1-truthiians had to make a mini-speech about the words that describe themselves and give an example. The arrogance of one person in my class was just purely sickening. Oh and today, I forgot my file in Room 22. And it's freaking locked and it's still there. DAMMIT. I have to wait till Monday to go get it. The teacher who's homeroom was room 22 wouldn't respond!!!! eh.
I'm here at the school library using the computer at 8.31 on a Tuesday school day.Now's Mother Tongue period a.k.a. free period for non-MT people like me! The Internet connection is a lot more faster than the one in the computer labs. Ironic, no? The space bar on this keyboard is really hard to press though. Well, Bhavna's here with me. I wish Brisa was here too. WHICH REMINDS ME. SHE'S GOING BACK TO BRAZIL NEXT YEAR. Clara too! Going overseas and staying there I mean. Clara's moving to Malaysia. First, it was Sneha and Deepika going back to Nepal. Now, it's Brisa and Clara. I will really miss them both. Brisa who always has been lending me her CDs and teaches me the piano Clara who always reccommends me great Animes (and her lameness of course!) Man, I'm getting bored again. And my aircon is DYING. I have no idea why but it's leaking and my mom told me not to use it very night. I used it last night cuz it was just too hot. I couldn't sleep until after 12 midnight because of the heat!! Now I've got eyebags, damn. Oh and look-y. Paris Hilton escaped jail. WTH. Her jail term is over?! Recovering??
Went out with Dorna today ... toured around Orchard Road, window-shopping. You know the bad thing about window-shopping? You get to see all those pretty clothes and stuff but deep in your mind you know you will not be able to get them (Unless of course you come back another time to buy) or the clothes might not look as attractive on you because you've got fat legs and you're only 156cm tall and it will look better on a stupid, lifeless dummy who has a nicer figure than you.Or maybe on Adriana Lima or Christina Aguilera. You choose. I prefer the dummy. Or maybe that in the Singapore heat, you're hair probably frizzes a lot and curls a lot. Yes, folks. I'm suffering from lack of self-esteem. But I don't wanna talk about how I look on a bad day because later, artificial people might not like me anymore. Not that I like artificial people, but in this world, it's important to be well-liked, no? Unless you're emo or a rebel who thinks the whole world is against you and nobody cares and would like to stay that way? Hmmmm. Anyways, has anyone seen the music video of Linkin Park's 'What I've Done' and Avril Lavigne 'When You're Gone'?? Avril's was sad but touching at the same time. Linkin Park's music video was a hell of a show. It showed us the WORLD. The stuff going on in it. Obesity and dieting, when people are dying in Africa because they don't have food. The poverty. Little kids holding rifles because it might save their lives. Soldiers losing lives. Global warming. THE WORLD IN ITS MESSED UP STATE. Yeah, I don't wanna be pessimistic. But that does not mean we have to be blind on what's happening on the Earth we live on, no? |
