Why can't you ever please people?! You can make them happy once or twice but they never get on good terms with you EVERYTIME. Heh. The irony of life. You do something bad, they'll remember the bad stuff about you and make rumours. You do something good, they'll tell you you're showing off or you're too 'guai'. When you're too noisy they tell you to shut up when you're just feeling cheerful. When you're too quiet and just minding your own business, they tell you you're not friendly and maybe too shy. When you get good grades because you actually listen to the teacher, they'll call you a smart ass, when actually, you just know the answer to the question. When you don't understand anything, they'll call you dumb.Heh. This is what they say by "DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER." |
